Antoinine "Toni" Di Modica was born on May 7, 1941, in Santa Monica, CA. she is a woman of many talents. Besides being a successful entrepreneur, she has performed on stage, screen and network television. She is an avid golfer who loves spending time at her links-side second home in the California desert. Most of all, her Sicilian/Italian cuisine is the delight of all who are fortunate enough to enter her kitchen.
